1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using theevhub.com (the "Site"), operated by 9937790 Canada Incorporated ("The EV Hub", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
• USD prices shown are estimates based on approximate exchange rates and may differ from the final charge.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
• All products are subject to availability.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Orders and Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
• Applicable taxes (HST/GST) will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Promotion codes are subject to terms and conditions and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping

• We ship to Canada and the United States.
• Free shipping on orders over $149 CAD. Flat rate $12.99 CAD for orders under $149.
• Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for Canada and 5-10 business days for the USA.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the buyer.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

6. Product Safety and Certification

• Our EV chargers are cETLus certified (Intertek ETL) to UL 2594 and CSA C22.2#280 standards.
• Products must be used in accordance with the included user manual and applicable electrical codes.
• Wall-mount chargers must be installed by a licensed electrician. We are not responsible for improper installation.
• Portable chargers are designed for use with NEMA 14-50 outlets rated for the appropriate amperage.

7. Warranty

• Portable chargers carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Wall-mount chargers carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
• Accessories (adapters, cables, holders) carry a 1-year warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The EV Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of 9937790 Canada Incorporated and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
