We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Contact us at hello@theevhub.com to initiate a return.

Fitment Guarantee

If a product does not fit your vehicle as described on our product page, we will provide a full refund including return shipping. We stand behind our vehicle fitment data.

Non-Returnable Items

• Battery cells and BMS boards (safety/liability reasons)
• Digital downloads
• Items that have been installed or used
• Custom or special-order items

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
